Knittlebits

When the greenhouse gets built, it will be with straw bales and covered with a mud mixture. Because of the nature of the mud, it is possible to sculpt images into the walls. I was thinking about what I’d like to see everyday out there. While a bee skep is outdated for actual beekeeping, I think it’s an adorable icon.

The upcoming greenhouse will have strawbale walls on the north and west sides (perhaps south knee-wall and east as well, but I haven’t decided yet). I ran across this design and like the idea of having rounded walls.
